💁National Library Week 2023 THEME: -"There's More to the Story."
The theme for National Library Week 2023, “There's More to the Story,” illustrating the fact that in addition to the books in library collections, available in a variety of formats, libraries offer so much more.
National Library Week is celebrated from 14th-20th November every year. Special morning assembly programmes and different competitions are organized in connection with National Library Week. On this auspicious occasion some presentations related to the library, has been presented by the students and teachers in Morning Assembly as well as library with the help of Reader’s Club. The celebration of National Library Week is a way to promote the joy of reading, appreciate the importance of the library services among children by bringing their school libraries into the spotlight.

who is recognized as “The Architect of Public Library
Movement in India”, states that the 1912 meeting in Madras led to the forming of the Indian Library Association. The ILA is said to have declared 14 November as the National Library Day since 1968. 14th to 20th November is being celebrated as the National Library Week all over India and various programs are held to enhance readers’ awareness about libraries.
